Salt enemy of health






For good health one adult person need 1 gm & for child less than 1gm salt is enough. But most of the countries people take 7-10 gm salt every day. In Bangladesh this rate is more, which is almost 16gm per day. If it will reduce half, it will possible to prevent  almost 2.5 million people’s death from stroke & heart  attack.

Most of the researches says that one adult person can eat 6gm (highest limit) per day and generally it is less than child.
Some disease for salt: 
  •       High blood pressure:
Almost 150 billion people suffer from high blood pressure. This is one of the major reason for stroke, heart attack & kidney disease. Eat extra salt is the main reason for high blood pressure. More than 1/3 people suffer from high blood pressure who use so much salt in food. Low salt can help to control blood pressure and it can reduce stroke & heart  disease. All around the world almost 7 million people die every year because of high blood pressure. This death risk can reduce by using low salt in daily food.
  • Stroke:
Every year there are many people die in stroke. High blood pressure is one of the major element of stroke. Almost 65% stroke happened because of high blood pressure. So salt is direct reason for stroke. It is possible to prevent almost 40% of all kind of stroke by controlling high blood pressure. So it is possible to overtake the risk of stroke avoiding extra salt.
  • Heart attack & heart failure:
Because of irregular high blood pressure heart failure may occur that reduce   heart activities & using extra salt in food is the main reason of high blood pressure. This can occur heart attack, failure & stroke.
  • Austioporosis :
Calcium is the essential element for the activities of bones. To reduce the amount of calcium in bone salt can play a big role. Using extra salt can flow out calcium by peeing. And so  it is being lack of calcium in bones which is called Austioporosis.
  • Stomach cancer:
Salt can harm Inside the stomach skin. Because of  this it will be infacted by bacteria named “Helicobacter Pylori”. This is the reason for stomach cancer.
  •  Kidney disease:
High blood pressure rise the amount of protein in pee that is the main risk for reducing the activities of kidney. Taking extra salt floe out the calcium by peeing  and this calcium can create stone into kidney.


Extra salt can raise the tendency of physical obesity & rise the symptom of asthma. So please use salt sincerely.

Hear fall & natural soluation

Hear fall is a big problem in present age. Everyone(male or female) suffer from this. This problem is increasing day by day with age. Especially in south Asia this is the major problem but there is no permanent solution. You have to continue your treatment & than you get a better result. If you loose or don’t take care about your hear, the hear fall problem get back. Before we find out the solution we might be know the cause of hear fall. These are:

Causes:
·         lack of proper nutrition
·         aging
·         hormonal changes
·         stress
·         split ends
·         heredity
·         prolonged illness
·         medication like steroids
And a few more..

We all know about this, cannot avoid this, and have to face this problem. There are some tips that might help you:

  • Do not wash hair with hot water for the very same reason; always use cold water or water at room temperature. Dry and frizzy hair when you walk out of the shower is the indication that the water was too hot for your hair.
  • Massage your scalp region as frequently as you can. This stimulates flow of the blow of your head which in turn promotes the growth of hair and better health.
  • Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff
  • Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for reducing hear loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.. 
  • Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.
  • Hair styling is essential when you step out. You need to look good at all times in today’s world. But it is necessary that you submit your hair to as less of heat treatment as you can! The heat tends to dry the shaft out making it dry and frizzy which over a period causes the hair to turn brittle. The ultimate result will be hair fall.
  • Work out. Yeah you read that right work out, Exercise increases the blood flow through the body and that helps in stimulation of the scalp
  • If you already have dry hair, then rethink your coffee habit and evaluate your caffeine consumption. Caffeine further depletes the body of its natural resources of nutrients. And the nutrients required for hair are not spared either! So cut back on the coffee and move on to something more healthy and that which promotes good health.
  • Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its milk. Massaging coconut milk (juice) on the scalp can also help in the management of hair fall.
  • Neem is one of the most sort after herbs in the country! It has many benefits, both health and beauty. And when it comes to beauty, it has some very effective hair benefits too.
          How to use:
  1. ·         Boil neem leaves in water until the water level falls to half its initial quantity and then cool it.
  2. ·         Rinse out your hair with the mixture once a week.
  • Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy to check hair loss.The most effective method, however is to drink amla and shikakai juice. Yes, it tastes terrible but if you skip the preference of the taste buds once a day, the results will definitely be worth it.
  • Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.
  • A study published in the Journal of Dermatology examined the results when onion juice was used in people with alopecia areata. Twenty-three people applied onion juice directly to the scalp twice daily for two months. Participants began to experience hair growth after just two weeks of treatment. At four weeks, hair regrowth was seen in 17 people and at six weeks, hair growth was apparent in 20 people
  • Massage your scalp region as frequently as you can. This stimulates flow of the blow of your head which in turn promotes the growth of hair and better health.
Despite all of the latest technology and galleries full of products that have launched in the recent past to curb the hair fall problem, the most effective of remedies for hair fall are still the most effective.

Jackfruit's Nutration


Jackfruit
 is a tree species belonging to the mulberry family which native to parts of Southern (e.g. India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) and Southeast Asia (e.g. Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia) but it also found in East Africa as well as Brazil. Jackfruit is mainly cultivated in tropical or close to tropical climates. It considered as the largest tree-borne fruit in the world which could reach 36 kg in weight, 90 cm long and 50 cm in diameter.during the season, each tree bears as many as 250 large fruits, supposed to be the largest tree-borne fruits in the world. 
Jack fruit seed is 2 to 4 cm long and 1 to 3 cm thick and is white and crisp within. There may be as many as 100 to 500 edible bulbs embedded in a single fruit interspersed between thin bands of fibers. Almost all the parts of the tree secrete white sticky latex like milk (juice) when injured.
Jackfruit is the only one which provides energy for one year. It is sweet in test It contains thorny projections outside and soft flesh inside when the jackfruit is opened, you will find the bright yellow bulbs (when ripe) which can be eaten raw or cooked. When unripe its flesh is green, and it can be made into a delicious vegetable dish.
